BollyX Fitness Class
BollyX, the Bollywood-inspired dance fitness program, combines exhilarating choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. It is a 50-minute cardio, High Intensity Interval Training program that burns 500 - 800 calories per session. Taught by certified instructor, choreographer and Highwood Teaching Artist, Imani Gaston, BollyX is a perfect addition to our TheatreFIT program!

Who

Anyone who wants a fun, exhilarating, healthy theatre experience!  TheatreFit is open to people of all ages - every activity can be adapted to YOU.


What

TheatreFit combines strategies for healthy living and staying physically fit with theatre.  Some classes are great workouts, others are more focused on healthy living and being comfortable in your body.  All classes are lots of fun, will have your body and brain active, and will make you want to come back for more and more.  Physical improv, singing, breathing, stretching, body health, stage combat, dance, and more!


When

A series of TheatreFit classes (or a single class) can be scheduled at your convenience based on what works best for you, your guests, or your customers.  We also offer a series of TheatreFit class at our Silver Spring location for anyone high school age and up.


Where

TheatreFit can be done anywhere as long as you have enough room to move around.
